The warm weather is slowly returning and it couldn't have come sooner. My repeated slowdowns and illness have taken their toll on my fitness plans. I will have to kick-start my body back into the fitness regime I used in January and February.
The focus has not been on calorie burning as much as building endurance. Pushing myself to the limit and then evaluating my progress. After all, a little sweat hasn't killed anyone (in my family).
Come to think of it... I should head out now and finish this article when I am done.
