If you've ever spent time in Canada you would know that it's not the coldest month that is the worst for your health - its the time when people think it is getting warmer outside. Though I've already written about my short-sighted jump back into spring-summer type activities only to find myself fighting another couple days of sniffling, coughing, wheezing and whatnot there is still more to it. If you cannot avoid the illness by staying inside forever then (At this point Kurtis was beat by the illness, lots of napping ensued. Asked about food, making the room warmer and turning off the lights after about two hours. Slept in a warm dark room, but alas even he cannot eat in his sleep.)
